LOCAL LIBRARIES
Video Resources
Parents can use five simple practices to get children ready to read: talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing. These practices are defined by the Every Child Ready to Read program. The Public Library Association and the American Library Association created this program. All five practices encourage parents and caregivers to fill their young child’s growing brains with words.
