Spooky Science at the Discovery Center Museum, October 27

Look no further for anyone looking for a fun, safe, and not-too-scary Halloween celebration for youngsters. Discovery Center is hosting Spooky Science – the best party in Rockford for children – on Friday, October 27, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Spooky Science invites families to come in costume and bring their Trick-or-Treat bag for this not-so-scary evening of spooktacular high-jinks. Brew gooey glowing slime, build Frankenstein’s monster, test a spider web’s strength, enjoy a live science demonstration, and delight in more Halloween activities, crafts, and games. Take-home stickers, tattoos, bouncy balls, and other treats. It will be skeletons of fun! Admission is $12 per person for the general public, $3 per person for members, and free for all children ages one and younger. The entry includes all activities.
