DESCRIPTION:Soap\, Suds\, and Stories: Early Literacy at the Laundromat!\nBring your children to the RPL Literacy Corner here at Rockford Washer for a special Storytime hosted by an RPL staff member. \nAbout Literacy Corners at the Laundromat\nLiteracy Corners at the Laundromat is an outreach program that increases access to children’s books and promotes the development of early literacy skills for children and families who visit participating local laundromats. Each laundromat library would contain diverse books in English\, Spanish\, Arabic\, Karen (Burmese)\, French\, and Swahili for children ages 0-8. \nFamilies are invited to read while at the laundromat and browse parent resources provided by RPL.
